Hi wwitherspoon1,
I am afraid you don't have a way of tracking the mails already sent but not delivered.
However you can track all of the next emails you send using the outlook mail tracking options. To enable outlook email tracking do the following:
Open Outlook
Go to Tools --> Options
Click on E-mail Options --> tracking Options
and select Read Receipt and Delivery Receipt check boxes.

If you encounter email mssgs not being delivered to recipients sent from OE6,check in recipient-spam folder.
I sent word.doc files that were diverted to spam rather than the inbox.
