If you have a Windows password reset disk, you can easily reset your Windows password. If not , you can follow the steps to create one. You just need an available computer to the Internet.
Step 1: Download and install Windows Password Breaker with the available computer. ( Windows Password Breaker http://www.recoverwindowspassword.com/ )
Step 2: Run the program and burn a Windows password reset disk. it could be burned onto CD/DVD OR USB flash drive.

Don't worry. there are many ways can help you recover the password.Try rebooting in safe mode as administrator (hold down F8).

Hi,
In fact the issue is not understood. It is NOT window password. This password is for IBM T43 Rescue and Recovery function, which is activated by pressing 'Blue button' labeled as 'Access IBM'. IBM R&R feature resets the notebook to its factory setting.

If you've forgotten your Windows password and you're on a domain, you should contact your system administrator to reset your password. If you're not on a domain, you can reset your password by using a password reset disk or by using an administrator account.
If you forget the administrator password and don't have a password reset disk or another administrator account, you won't be able to reset the password. If there are no other user accounts on the computer, you won't be able to log on to Windows and will need to re-install Windows.

I know an easy solution to recover lost windows password, only need to create a bootable disk or USB flash drive to reset forgotten windows password, I have made a bootable Dvd with the tool Windows Password Seeker and reset my administrator password successfully.
