How do I set up a wireless kodak printer with a USB wireless power stick

I have the Kodak ESP 5250 AIO printer and am trying to set it up to my Acer laptop using my Bell USB Turbo Stick (with a sims card). I have followed the instructions from the Kodak manual and from the internet site. Some of the terminology is beyond me. How do I do it?
