you cant tell from just the email address as it can be used anywhere. however if you check the headers you may find the ip address of where the email from was from. Might be something like originating IP. From that you can try a IP trace

Hi,
I Would like to tell you that finding a geographical location of a email id is not possible.Untill you find the IP address of the mail.I think you can find the IP address of the mail from the header,And if you find the Ip address of the mail you can use the Ip search which is provided by the site IP-Details.com .To find the location,service provider and country of the IP address.
