now a days my system too slow and some times showing program not responding, what is the reson?

Look for your Windows Task Manager what specific program is using a lot of your resources. Check also what specific programs runs at start up of your computer. Update your antivirus and do a full system scan. It maybe also you have two antivirus installed in your system and it slows down your computer.
