You can try this, first find where your emails are held on your PC. In OE, you can go to Tools/Options and click on the Maintenance tab. Then click on Store Folder, it should give you the name. Go to that folder and copy everything, put it onto your new laptop and do a import from OE on the new machine i.e. File/Import and select Outlook Express
When u do import, ensure you select from the OE store directory as the next page allows you to specify where the copied files are. Also ensure the files you have copied are not marked as read only.
