My printer is correctly connected to my wireless laptop, but I cannot print, all I get is a `printer offline` message. Please help.

try install the printer in any of the system and make sure that the printer is working fine .If yes do not connect back to your laptop .Login as administrator in your laptop and then uninstall the printer driver in your system through control panel .Reboot your computer .log in as administrator then run the printer setup installer from your printer setup CD (if you didn't have it downland from the manufactures website and run it when prompting connect the printer to your USB port and finish the installation .
