I do think probably the easiest and safest method for you is remove your Windows OS Passwords with Windows Password Seeker. I found it at about.com PC support channel last week, and then I download it from http://www.passwordseeker.com and used it to remove the lost password within 5 minutes. Importantly, this powerful tool no need to reinstall Windows. It is worth trying.

Try this: To use a Safe Boot option, follow these steps: 1. Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. 2. Select an option when the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, and then press ENTER. 3. When the Boot menu appears again, and the words "Safe Mode" appear in blue at the bottom, select the installation that you want to start, and then press ENTER.
