If you have the recovery cd of the laptop you can use that to boot the machine and it will be automatically reformatted back to it's original state. If you do not, you must try to download first the drivers, then backup all the files from your laptop, format your laptop using a windows installer or linux installer then install an anti-virus software. Update the virus definition then put all your backup files then install all your drivers.

format your laptop fully ,but before u format make sure u save all the files u need some where else

My IE often get freeze recently, my friends recommend me a software, named tuneup360, he said it is very useful, which can fix all the computer problems~~but I still wonder are there any other ways to solve my problem?
