my dell laptop keyboard doesnot work properly when u use the shift+at the rate key it doenot work

my dell laptop keyboard doesnot work properly when i used the keys shift+at the rate for mail id it does not work pproperly pls can ny one help to solve this problem

1) please check Sticky Keys Are Enabled (Go To Control Panel Then Ease Of Access Center Then The Adjust Keyboard settings, And Turn Off Sticky Keys.)

2)If you get " ' " symbol instead of " @ " , please check your language settings (please select US_ENG for normal.
