Download the utility from http://www.lostwindowspassword.com and install it then burn the software to a CD/USB drive,then insert the newly created CD/USB drive to your locked pc and reboot your computer,then press "F2" to enter your BIOS setup,following the instruction to reset your lost windows password.

Highly recommend you use Windows Password Rescuer 3.0,I have used it successfuuly remove my win7 password.here are the simple operation steps:
Step 1: Download Windows Password Rescuer 3.0
Step 2: Burn bootable CD/DVD or USB flash drive
Step 3: BIOS setting,setup your computer boot from CD/DVD or USB
Step 4: Reset Windows password by a few clicks.

Step 1: Log on Windows 7 system with the admin account.
Step2: Click Start to come to the Control Panel, select Add or remove user accounts.
Step 3: Choose the locked administrator account.
Step 4: Click Change the password or Remove the password to change or remove Windows 7 password. Well, this method will get the locked administrator account lose all EFS-encrypted files, personal certificates, and stored passwords for Web sites or network resources after the password reset.

Windows Password Reset Std/Windows Password Reset Pro/Windows Password Reset Deluxe,and have a try. Follow my steps:
Step1:Download it from http://www.windowspasswordreset.net and install Windows Password Reset.
Step2:Burn Windows Password Reset ISO file to CD/DVD,or USB.
Step3:Put in your newly created CD and remove your Windows Password.
