Outlook email error: 503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA.

I have checked the email account settings in Outlook 2003 and the Test Account Settings emails come through OK. But when I try to send out myself, I still get this error message. I can only receive and all attempts to send fail.

Do you have on "my outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" enable?

Verfy in tools-email accounts-view or change...-more settings-outgoing server.

yes, and red all the solution, this problem only accures when I come to spain, I can send for a short and noticed that i am now unable to so send can you please help.

i checked my username and password via the weblink and that is working fine.
