According to Lenovo (IBM workstations/pc's are now Lenovo) this is the specification for the memory of your PC:
* 400MHz DDR2 (Double Data Rate) dual channel memory support
* PC2-3200 (400MHz) memory supported
* 4 240 pin DDR2 SDRAM UDIMM sockets
* Supports a maximum memory up to 4.0GB
* ECC or parity memory is not supported
