You can run jobs automatically by adding them to the Windows Schedule, or if you are using Linux / Unix you can set them up as Cron jobs. Either way, so long as your PC is switched on at the appointed time, the secified program will run

what database r u using, is it sql server?
when u say run automatically, are you takking about a job that runs it at a set time or a user intiated call from the web frontend?
