I cannot access my home page MSN, or hotmail.
I click on internet icon and it says my home page cannot be dispayed. It says
This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

I went to Help and it didn't help. I don't understand why it needs permission to view the webpage. It never did before

Are you using any proxys or anything because the http 403 error means you can connect to the site but cannot access the apache page or directory :S
