Yes u can add new hardware from the control panel,windows automatically adds new hardware.always be assured,that a cd is required to add drivers.for the printer to function.
With a DELL Studio 17 Notebook can I add HP P1100w printer using only printer and notebook. How?
Using Win 7 home edition. When close wo a wifi hot spot I can connect to the internet. I use a 3G modem when at home to access the internet. I have tries several imes to install the HP P1100w printer and the blue wireless light on the printer keeps flashing. I am able to install the HP 1100p via the USB connection and print.
