We need to find the best way to implement comments using PHP

We have a paid question and website at crowdanswers.org and would like a great way to implement a comment stacking option. What do you suggest? We do not want to use disqus even though that is there now.

PHP is nice technology, as it is open source, but I will tell you use MakeAnySite.Com for developing your site and show your work...

And for commant stacking, you can find the coding hely in it of W3school..
