Go to control panel and click add and remove programs and it should be on there.

some toolbars supplies their uninstallers on the toolbar itself
like Ask Toolbar has the Uninstall option from the Options button on the toolbar itself
and so Google Toolbar , and Yahoo! Toolbar
otherwise try using add/remove programs utility
first close all browsers * click start * click control panel * double click the "Add/Remove Programs" * chose the toolbar to remove
or you can simply disable the toolbar clicking on the browser "view" menu then select "Toolbars" then uncheck the toolbar name
