I can help you with my example: You are using Microsoft Outlook.
1. Locate your *.pst/*.pab file in your WinXP computer.
(pst is Outlook Data File, pab is Personal address book file)
* You can do search in Windows Explorer
2. After done locating it, copy those file to external disk or shared drive if your got network configured.
3. In your new Win 7 computer, copy those file again to your desire folder location, and re-configure your Microsoft Outlook in order for you to view all the emails and contacts.

hello dear friend,
e mail likes yahoo, google,, mails have no problem u can easily use.. u configured it in outlook only u keep the personal folder file
u do one go to outlook->file->data file management -> there shown the personal folders where it saved go to that directory path ang copy that personal folders and take back up...
after the installation of win 7 sam eprocedure in outlok->file->data file management->add new personal folder and and select the back up personal folder file add that one enjoyyy
