What would be the difference between a certificate of completion and certificate of CCNA?

I finished the program Cisco CCNA or do I've to provide the examination from Cisco?

I think you should go online CCNA cisco examination to have work in any good organization but it is advisable to go for any skilled certification like CCNP or CCVP and ultimately go for CCIE and enjoy good salary. Discover more Cisco visit… :)
