Well unless you either purchase internet , have an andriod phone cappable of having an internet hotspot or some how drag your computer to a free wifi area e.g. Mc Donalds, Federation Square (Melbourne) e.c.t. You will not be able to access the internet from your computer.

If you don't have cable or wifi in your area, use a phone with a gprs, 3g or 4g, but may require the data cable and drivers for your phone, if not look for a usb modem and use one of your mobile phone companies with data services.

Go to a place with wifi, like KFC or a Coffee shop. If you are at home and need Internet, I think you'd better refer to an Internet supplier nearby your community.
