NSF local security is user name and password combination which is a type of ACL type defined by NSF authorized User.This protection should be removed before migration of local NSF database. And it can be done only by using some third party tools .Securase is such a third party tool which is used to remove NSF file local security. Read more info:- http://removensfsecurity.org/

To fix up the issue run Fixup, Compact and Updall utilities as follows:

>>fixup -f (This causes Fixup to check all documents in the database.)

>>compact -i -c -d -K (ignore errors, copy-style, delete view indexes, set large UNK table)

>>updall -R If still the issue persists you may go for third party lotus notes recovery tool that recovers all NSF file components and creates new NSF file with all your contents.
