well, I cannot agree more.

I think a group chat software is helpful too;

All the mentioned functions and benefits are also available in LiveAgent, which I am using for my online store. I can use it on my phone, so I am very satisfied. Every e-mail is automatically made into a ticket, that I solve ASAP. because I know that my customers don´t like to wait for long time. It helped me to discover few errors in my store through customers´ reflections, too.
