Some of the time, a meeting isn't vital as well as the work is finished with only discussions over telephone and mail. Well, you don't need a meeting just to tell them about the website design you're planning for. But you can have a group chat/e-mails or talk bye the phone. Technology is very rampant nowadays which makes things even more easier. But if you're not comfortable youcan just invite them to your house or have some coffee. Maybe it'll work.
