Answer Question
When hyperlinking, how can I change the "Look In" area to something else?
I do a lot of hyperlinking in both Word and Excel and need to know how to change the "Look In:" information to be something other than "Desktop." My IT Department has not been able to find out a fix for this. For instance, I might want to go to an area such as: drive name:/file name/sub-file name/
I want the "Look In" area to take me directly to this sub-file each time so I don't have to keep clicking through the other areas to get to this place each time I want to hyperlink a document in an index.
I've tried putting this info in the "Hyperlink Base:" but it still doesn't change the "Look In:" from Desktop to the correct sub-file area.
