If your email address is from a isp, you would have access to their pop3 server. I think some freebie emails that you pay for premium services also offer this.
If you have this, then you can access your emails from anywhere in the world.
Simply setup a new outlook express account with your pop3 details and off you go.

Maybe the most important thing you need is a computer cleaner, try the software "tuneup360", it won't let you down .
