Even the same question arise inside my mind when I was new to SEO.

As we all know, the Search Engine Optimization field is thriving day by day with new inventions & discoveries, people may not aware of what they have learnt yesterday will be out of date by tomorrow. Unless or otherwise one who update his knowledge regularly by reading SEO news, there is no doubt he will lag back in the SEO race.
