I think MP4 format is best format to upload youtube.for upload youtube you need to first wmv format to convert mp4 format.just search in google there have lot of converter available just download one good software than convert your all wmv file to mp4 format,hope so after than you can you can upload easily on youtube.

I have found that flv is the best youtube format, good resolution in small files.
