The US Air Force has a couple of opportunities, especially on the large cargo planes like the C-17. The flight engineer is an enlisted ranks position (meaning you don't need a college degree prior to starting your military service as an officer) as is the load master.
The flight engineer would be the position that would involve the airplane's computer system (and all other systems) the most.
As far as opportunities in the civilian sector, you could look to Boeing or Lockheed/Martin, but I don't know how much time you'd actually spend in the air working with the computers. More likely, you'd be on the ground designing the systems for a new plane and you'd probably need to be out of school for that first.
I hope this helps,
