It works for safari on Windows anyway. There could have been an error in your javascript.
in the url-field of your safari browser type:
javascript:window.print()
if it doesn't print, then try self.print()
If either of those works, then you must check the rest of your code, and be certain that the call of the function is made. Else, try to debug (http://nosheep.net/story/secret-to-de...) or post the code here.
