Whenever I attempt to use the send to command by right cliking on an icon. The computer freezes
I am using Windows XP SP2. Everytime I right click on an icon the computer will freeze if the cursor so much as touches the send to command.
How can I fix this?

Not sure but in general pc slowdown, usual things to try is to try a defrag, check for viruses and spyware (ensure you have latest updates).
There could also be a faulty shell extension. Have you installed something recently? Is it slow only on the Send To menu option and nothing else? If so then it does sound like faulty shell extensions.

My IE often get freeze recently, my friends recommend me a software, named tuneup360, he said it is very useful, which can fix all the computer problems~~but I still wonder are there any other ways to solve my problem?
