If you have admin right access on the computer in question, you can install some kind of program or software that can detect the email accounts used in that computer. If you do not have access on that computer, but have access to the LAN where the computer resides, you could sniff the LAN and examine the packets origination from that computer.

I think an easy way to keep your computer from running Slow is to install a PC protector or cleaning, according to my personal experience, Tuneup360 is good choice, and your computer takes only 30 sec to start up if you have it!!!
