if you are using a router go to 192.168.2.1 it maybe different if it is not 192.168.2.1 get your default gateway if you dont know this open up command prompt and type ipconfig /all and look for your default gateway. If using a belkin router look for Virtual Servers then simply enter the port to forward and what ip on the network to forward it on, If you want to forward all ports to your ip on the network click dmz and type in the last bit of your local ip. If using any other router it may simply say Port Forwarding.

First I want to thank Mason, he explained in a manner in which I could understand. But I forgot to add that my router recently quit on me so I am plugged directly into my computer. So I still don't know the answer.
