1. you still have the trojan, generally the only way to get rid of these is by reformatting the hard drive
2. you could reinstall the browser by uninstalling it from the control panel and downloading and installing again
3. your internet connection is playing up.
seems that the trojan is still in there to me though, not sure I can really help much but that might give you an idea.

You could also look in the internet for that specific Trojan that infected your computer if you remember it search what behavior that it does and what is the appropriate solution for the damage.
