could be many things...
1. you still have the trojan, generally the only way to get rid of these is by reformatting the hard drive
2. you could reinstall the browser by uninstalling it from the control panel and downloading and installing again
3. your internet connection is playing up.
seems that the trojan is still in there to me though, not sure I can really help much but that might give you an idea.

yes reinstall it or try another one like chrome or the new version of internet explorer 9 it is amazing

you can reinstall it ,if it still not work ,change another browser . you can also use the new version of IE.

my pc's internet connection is very slow too, which always drive me crazy, I want a program to solve my slow computer, several days ago my friend recommend me a software tuneup360, now I'm waiting for the result.

check your connection if it's working, if is, try reinstalling ur browser or you format your system, if it's still not working, is better you use another browser like opera an you can get it at: http://opera.com

you may go at your browsers settings, if its chrome look for Under the Hood option, then set your network connection settings to automatic proxy settings..

Although the Trojan is removed the damaged done is still their.Trojan can damage your host and browser settings and can mess up your internet connection.

You could also look in the internet for that specific Trojan that infected your computer if you remember it search what behavior that it does and what is the appropriate solution for the damage.
