can i connect my epson workforce 615 to my laptop wirelessly to my laptop via my at&t sierra mercury usb internet connect card?

This is not possible if you want to connect your wifi enabled printer you need a wifi receiver /AP/a wireless router .the USb card is in your hand is only for connecting wireless internet not wireless enabled devices
