The only thing I found is they don't follow-up order. They took you order & then someone else sent it to you.
The only thing happened to my order before is, they sent me a note for back-order & totally forgot about it.
Just email them they will make it right.

I think you’re overreacting when you say sourcinggate is part of an organized crime.
I’ve bought form sourcinggate like 50 times and I get my stuff no problem. But there was this one time when I ordered these popular LED keychains and they didn’t come with my order. Instead, I got a card that said it’ll be shipped next time but it didn’t. I was too lazy to complain so I bought it again in a separate order. That order never came and I didn’t get any email or refund for it. But it was only like $3-4… I really don’t care and I won’t get mad over something so small. I still order from them. I think it’s just that they get so many orders that sometimes they make mistakes.
