I want to download bluetooth peripheral driver for my external bluetooth device,vista hp pav dv2000

i brought bluetooth 2.0 usb dongle VA-788 formy laptop hp pavilion dv2000 using vista. the buetooth install other haedware but refuses to install bluetooth peripheral device.
