First thing I would suggest is do a security scan. Do a full antivirus and antimalware scan. Will take a while but worth it.

i have tried this many times i have norton 360 but it comes up with no major threats . please help! :(

do you have a licence for norton 360? a serial number or whatever? If so then good, keep it and try uninstalling norton. If it makes no difference install Norton back again.

i have done all the above and it is till not working i think this is a terminal case haaha but thank you any way :)

I think your Laptop is infected by spyware and viruses. You can try Optimo AV for internet security…
