copy your video as it is in a pc folder. then use a free program called HJSPLIT, to divide it in various parts (you put the size of each part) and then use a filehost to upload. Ex: Mediafire, freakshare, rapidshare, depostfiles, hotfile.

I have ever uploaded DVD videos to YouTube.

And i googled for an article to do that.

you can use a DVD Ripper to convert DVD to Video.

The best way to let people download your videos is to upload your video to YouTube,if your video are dvd video,then the format must be vob,you just need to convert vob to flv then you can easily upload the video to Youtube.
