The only thing I can contribute about blocked applications on facebook is this:
1. Click on Account from the Facebook toolbar
2. Select Privacy settings
3. Choose "Edit your lists" under Block Lists
4. Scroll down to "Blocked Applications"
5. Click "Unblock" next to the game you wish to unblock.
Note: You will need to allow access when you try to reload the Zynga games.
If it still doesn't work you can try going into the privacy settings and seeing if maybe facebook is blocked in someway to where some applications won't show up.
