If you don't remember the password and have no admin password, you only to reset the password. Three methods can be recommended to reset Windows password.
1. Using reset disk;
2. Creating a reset disk by downloading Ophcrack;
3. Using reset software, Anmosoft Windows Password Reset.

It seems that you have no prepared Windows Xp password reset disk. You can then reset your password by mkaing use of some Windows Xp password reset tools. I have ever used Ophcrack. It's nice, but it is not workable if the password is longer than 14 characters. I have also tried Windows Password Killer from http://www.windowspasswordkiller.com. It works pretty well.

The Best and the easiest way is to reset bios it will delete the passwords of the pc

It is able to reset forgotten Windows local administrator, domain administrator and other user account passwords on Windows 8/7/Vista/XP/2008/ 2003/2000. No damage to computer data and settings.
