Windows Vista is very bad. Using this bluetooth will not be the unique problem. Soon you will have problems to connect to networks and problems with other new devices.
Try changing to windows vista, or windows xp, or even Ubuntu Linux.

dear, please check my computer -> right click->manage ->device manager and check the bluetooth driver is active or not if not active...u please search in your product site and select your laptop model after that u select your operating system is 32/64 bit u can see the drivers , download what u want.enjoy.....
