If I understand the question correctly, the short answer is "no."
The best you can do is generate a list of email addresses to attempt, based on a list of domain names and random assortments of names, words, and numbers. This is one of the techniques that spammers use. However, I highly recommend against doing this. It is likely to get your IP address blacklisted.
