Which mobile development framework to choose?

I was wondering which mobile development framework is the most complete and mature, independent of whether it's for Iphone, Android or something else. Just in terms of features,usability and maturity.

javascript seems to be the best with html and cs5 features it also is proved advantageous for touch screen devices

ok, but how come Facebook stopped using Html5 and is using native apps instead?
And which javascript mobile development platform would you use for this?

If you are using Andrtoid OS, on your phone, then I think E-Clips is the best platform to develop apps using xml framework.

I ve develop lot of small small apps and games there, its amazing.
