I don't have AOL browser but privacy scan shows hundreds of files/cookies from AOL. can I get rid?

I am running Windows 7 with internet explorer as my browser, but when I do a privacy scan the results show hundreds of files/cookies mostly called "App/Data"
under AOL Browser. I have not installed AOL and cannot find it on my computer.
How can I remove it's influence from my computer.

download and instal advanced system care and make a deep scan with it the it will show those cookies so you can delete them and next go to your start menu and type regedit and enter it once your on regedit go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE then SOFTWARE and there try to find and delete all that is relationated with aol browser and reboot youu pc
